This is my boolean art i used stars and circles and just added them in different orders. Then i would select the two and go to path and choose union, division, difference, exclusion, and cut path giving me different shapes and looks from different objects.

This is my text to path first I drew a line with odd bends then I added simple text the i selected both the text and the line and then went to text>text to path and it shaped the text along the line then i spaced the text a little so all letters were visible.

This is my tribal design i made in inkscape i first used a big sized check mark then duplicated it selected both and made a union then made another smaller check mark and just started to brach out off the others making the checks smaller as i went.

This is my boolean and text to path where i used a star with a white fill and a blue outline and a circle with a checkered pattern and selected the two and used difference to get a checkered star and then on my bigger star i used two stars one green and one black with the colors on different sides of each point then selected the two and clicked intersection and put them together so they fit

this is my logo i used a circle and then made another one just a bit bigger selected the two and hit difference and it gave me just the outer ring then added a light ring in the outer ring giving it a metallic look

This is my Funky text i used dynamic offset to make the outer rings then i chose a different color for each ring

This is a duptruck i made in class it is consisted of three layers the first is the body of the truck the second is the tipper of the truck and the third is the wheels. I will be adding motion to this dumptruck later on.

This is my Advanced Pop Art picture of a band i like called Hey Monday. First I used three photos of the band that were all the same the i inverted one picture then the blur. Next I put the picture on dodge then changed the threshold to about 242. Then i merged the pitures added another layer and started to color and this was the end result.

This is my hands and eyes picture. I started out with two pictures, one was with me holding my hands over my eyes so my plams were flat. The other was a picture of me opening my eyes as wide as i could. then i copied my eyes and put them on the picture of my palms over my eyes and pasted them onto my palms then i used the eraser and changed the opacity to 20. Then you just keep erasing around the eyes till the bacround is completely gone. Now you have the finished product of a pans labyrinth look.

this is my PopArt photo where i changed the colorize then the threshold to a point where i thought it showed most of my features then i changed the backround color and thats it.

Exposure changes the light intake for the photo without having to use the flash

Color Change on photos can give the photo a different look by adding a color that is not in the photo

Flock Features

Things I like about Flock:

1. Flock has this little nifty way where you can pull photos right from the page to your E-mails, photos, and sites.
2. You can search videos without having to go to the youtube site it does it right above the page your on and then you can just pull them down on to your document or post them in the e-mails and etc,.
3. You can get an update on sites by tagging them and you can save the site in your favorites in My world.

Flock VS. Firefox

The main reasons for using Firefox have been:

•more secure than Internet Explorer
•better CSS & web2.0 support than Internet Explorer
•not developed by Microsoft
•use extensions to expand Firefox
•and many more

Reasons to switch to Flock:

•memory leak fixed, Flock is more stable than Firefox
•built in services, feed management, flickr & other media managers
•built in blog support (I’m writing this from Flock)
•full support for Wordpress.com accounts
•a fine interface
•supports most Firefox extensions

In my opinion i think that Flock is a better way to surf the web because of how much more it can do, it can protect youre computer alot more than Internet Explorer and FireFox, and it can be linked to all your favorite sites so you can just click for a faster easier access.
